This is an amazing race report. :-)

Pretty ticked about my effort yesterday. So I just didn't want to put it into words. :-(

Still a decent race, Ben. Brush it off. You are in great shape, and you'll be ready to kill St. George.

Your ok Benny. Remember the end goal is the FULL marathon in October. Everything else is just another workout. I'm expecting a PR from you this year. Don't let me down.

Thanks guys! As a runner I have such a high standard and if I don't reach that standard it's an ultimate fail. I need to learn and brush things off and take it for what it's worth for that day. Let's pray for great training for all of us in the upcoming weeks.

welcome to the club! We've all been there. So, shake it off and enjoy the journey - or it is not worth it!
