Todays workout felt a little tougher then normal. 3 hard workouts since Saturday is probably adding up. Glad I got the workout in and another AB in the books.

Nice work. Especially if it felt tough.

From Ben VanBeekum on Wed, Jan 29, 2014 at 19:33:36 from 73.52.142.160

Riley it was manageable but I wasnt able to close down into the teens like I have been doing. Last 2 miles were 5:21; 5:20 to get the 5:24 avg

From RileyCook on Thu, Jan 30, 2014 at 08:07:28 from 64.134.38.81

If it makes you feel any better I had a really hard time going faster than 5:20 pace this morning and I did 4 miles break and then 3 miles.

Ya but you have traveled and been working crazy long hours, so that should be expected a little. I am sure there is still some shock to your body

Even so, it's not exactly a confidence builder. But that's fine; I will hopefully get back on track next week. What time can you do a long run on Saturday?

From Ben VanBeekum on Thu, Jan 30, 2014 at 09:18:27 from 137.190.131.240

Well I am doing the WRC 5k, but planning on 20 total. I am doing 6 before and 11 after so if you want to meet up @ Weber we could plan something.

From RileyCook on Thu, Jan 30, 2014 at 09:19:41 from 64.134.38.81

Oh I didn't know you were doing the series. Are you doing all the races?

From Ben VanBeekum on Thu, Jan 30, 2014 at 09:28:39 from 137.190.131.240

No I got a free entry into the series so most likely will do 3 out of the 5. If i do them all it will be on the back end of a 20 miler or something.

Looking sharp man... way to go to work.

Nice workout! Too bad you didn't make it out with us. Same pace Bret and I ran for our builder, only I tacked on two additional miles.

From Ben VanBeekum on Thu, Jan 30, 2014 at 13:36:45 from 67.128.146.68

Bryant I felt bad because I am usually a go on Wednesday's. But got a lot accomplished with my advisor so I can graduate in the spring. Trust me though I would prefer AB with a group. They stink running them solo.
