Tough half. Good climbs and rolling hills. Wanted to hit between 1:14 and 1:16. I feel with a couple more months of training should be able to go well under 2:30 in the marathon. Overall happy with the effort today. 3 hard workouts this week!!

Excellent job in the race. I think you were the only elite running...you blew away second by over 11 minutes!
