Felt great today! Nice chill in the air, last week of school. I can just feel the stresses releasing and can see the light. Body responded well after a solid long run/double on Saturday. Feeling optimistic about this next training block before Ogden, and feeling motivated to knock it out.

avg pace today was 6:39 min/miles

Are you racing the Salt Lake 1/2 on Saturday?

Steve I am signed up but I am 50/50 still.

Let me know if you decide to do it we can try to hook-up to warm-up and such. I thought you would finish out the strider's winter series since you have done the other 4 races and are shoe-in to win the series.

From Ben VanBeekum on Tue, Apr 15, 2014 at 16:29:54 from 73.52.142.160

Ya Steve the WRC 30K isnt tell next Saturday and will finish that. I most likely will go down to SLC but will probably not race it. Most likely will do 7 before then do the race.
