Felt like garbage this morning on my run. Probably due to the fact that I was up until 1:30 taking care of a sick 3 year old.

I will be in Logan this Saturday visiting family. I don't know what your plans are but it would be fun to maybe meet up for a run. I could meet you in Brigham City (not very good running though) or I could maybe convince Katey to let me come down to North Ogden. Let me know if you want to try and coordinate something.

Logan I would love to meet up for a run. But I have the 1st race of the Winter Racing Circuit tomorrow morning so I will be up in Ogden doing that. Sorry man!!
