Ran the WRC 10 miler after class. Met up with Cam Harvey. Good run, did some 200 meter intervals on the hills. Felt really strong today. Hopefully this will carry over to next saturdays race.

Hi Ben.

I am sitting here in the ER with Becca and Dave who tell me you work here too. I work in Crisis once a week, but mostly on the adult unit as one of the therapists. I will have to formally meet another FRB member here at work! And we are both doing the WRC. Small world.
